*Class #3 has lots of deep relaxation and meditation practice, and it is best done in the comfort of your own home to really be able to relax! This class is only taught virtually.

 

What is HypnoBirthing?

Join us for an evening of connection and reflection as we honor the loved ones we carry in our hearts. You are welcome in this space of shared remembrance.

Bring a photo of someone you’d like to honor, along with a food or item that reminds you of them—something they especially enjoyed or that holds special meaning. You’re also welcome to write a note or message to your loved one to include in the display.

This will be a potluck-style gathering, where we come together to share food, memories, and connection.

Empowered to Breastfeed

Students will learn about:

  • the physiology of lactation, 

  • what to expect in the first hours/days/weeks/months of breastfeeding,

  • the answers to the most often asked breastfeeding questions.  

This class will give parents preparing to breastfeed the confidence and knowledge to start off on the right foot.

Live classes are taught via Zoom at 7pm on the first Tuesday of the month. (December class is taught on the second Tuesday).  Students will receive a link to the Zoom meeting upon registration.
