Introducing The Enlightened Parent Workshop with The Enlightened Mama, Larissa Fitzler!

This workshop is designed for parents who want practical tools, guidance, and support to navigate the ups and downs of parenthood with more confidence and ease. The workshop will be available online and in-person at Transitions: Doula & Life Services in Sioux Falls.

As part of our opening, we’re partnering with the Teddy Bear Den for a Doula Drive, collecting new or gently used baby items (diapers, formula, pumps/parts, strollers) throughout November and December. Stop in, say hello, and donate if you’re able!
