This workshop is designed for parents who want practical tools, guidance, and support to navigate the ups and downs of parenthood with more confidence and ease. The workshop will be available online and in-person at Transitions: Doula & Life Services in Sioux Falls.

Grand Opening Party!

Join us as we celebrate the birth of something exciting — our new Transitions office and community space! Enjoy refreshments and a special ribbon cutting with the Sioux Falls Chamber and celebrate with us!

As part of our opening, we’re partnering with the Teddy Bear Den for a Doula Drive, collecting new or gently used baby items (diapers, formula, pumps/parts, strollers) throughout November and December. Stop in, say hello, and donate if you’re able!

Currently needed at The Teddy Bear Den:
-size 5 and 6 diapers
-diaper wipes
-children’s bath products
-bottles
-blankets
-seasonal clothing (newborn-2T)
-crib sheets
-highchairs
-strollers
-financial contribution
